You have to answer the question concisely. Answer it with conviction, direct to the point and completely. Avoid lengthy answer but lack of substance. Thank you!

Never get nervous, as you will not be able to respond clearly if you are nervous.

You have to be direct, confident, answer the the questions concisely.

@jelenamilosavljevic3 @manfredrodriguez3208 @efzedev you all three seem to emphasize similar points. A strong strategy for excelling in a job interview involves demonstrating confidence, staying focused, and maintaining a natural flow in the conversation. Confidence is built through thorough preparation—understanding the company, identifying key strengths, and having specific examples ready to illustrate skills and experiences. Staying focused ensures that answers directly address the interviewer’s questions and align with the role’s requirements, avoiding unnecessary tangents.

Allowing the interview to flow naturally means approaching it as a two-way conversation. This includes actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and responding in a way that feels genuine rather than overly rehearsed. This approach not only helps create a positive connection with the interviewer but also demonstrates genuine interest in the role, the team, and the company culture.
