I then break this down into short-term, actionable objectives that help me move toward that larger vision. These may include gaining new certifications, enhancing specific skills, or expanding my professional network. I believe in being flexible, adapting my goals as the industry evolves or my interests shift. Regularly reviewing and adjusting my goals ensures that I stay on track, while keeping them aligned with my values and passions, ensuring continued motivation and fulfillment.

To leave a different mark in our field, we must understand how the process is, then develop unusual plans (smart plans) or routine ones, then find new, non-routine solutions, while developing plans to get out of problems with the least losses.
