To stay motivated during a prolonged job search:

  1. Set small goals: I break the process into manageable tasks, like updating my resume or applying to a set number of jobs each week.
  2. Maintain a Routine: Dedicate specific times each day to job searching and self-improvement activities.
  3. Seek Support: Engage with friends, family, or career coaches for encouragement and advice.
  4. Celebrate wins: Recognize and reward yourself for milestones, like landing interviews or learning new skills.
  5. Stay Positive: Focus on the progress you’re making and keep a positive mindset about future opportunities.

It’s one of those things where you can only force yourself to have hope. Accomplishments are obviously made and people can always make more. I work the regular work that I do and try to learn or better my own skills along the way.
