I have been a phlebotomist for over 40 years and I understand that you never know what someone’s going through so the way they behave you have to have a little compassion I always show them compassion and let them know that I’m here for them and that when I’m doing and letting them know my name and if they have any questions for me but I just always have a smile on my face and try to make him feel good and have a lot of compassion for someone because you never know what you’re going through like I said

Bonjour Monsieur,
Cordialement

@ditierissehie I hope you don’t mind that I will first translate your comment into English. Please let me know if this is not accurate:
Hello Sir,

As part of preparing for behavioral interview questions, it is essential to first develop a strong psychological state to better maintain self-control. It is important to note that recruiters may use any legally permissible questions to push you to your limits in order to assess your ability to handle provocations.

Secondly, you must prepare to demonstrate restraint and approach these questions with great caution. It is easy, even unintentionally, to display a behavior that contradicts the posture required for the position to be filled.

Finally, it is crucial to thoroughly understand the company’s culture before attending the interview, so you can get a sense of the behavior that aligns with the company.

Best regards.

@ditierissehie Preparing for a behavioral interview can feel challenging, but with the right approach, you can handle it confidently. You’re absolutely right that mental preparation is key. Interviews, especially behavioral ones, often test not just your qualifications but your composure and ability to adapt under pressure.

To get ready, many people suggest starting by reflecting on your past experiences using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers. This helps you tell a clear and concise story. Think of specific examples that showcase your problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to handle challenges, especially ones relevant to the role you’re applying for.

It’s also smart to research the company’s culture. Understanding their values can help you align your answers to what they’re looking for in a candidate and make sure they are what you are looking for in an employer. For example, if collaboration is a key value, emphasize times you’ve successfully worked with a team.

Lastly, stay calm and composed, even if the questions catch you off guard. Pausing to think is perfectly okay—it shows you’re being thoughtful. Practicing with a friend or mentor can help build confidence so that when the time comes, you’re ready to shine. thanks for sharing.
