What’s worked really well for me is to be intentional around how you can deliver value to others:

:white_check_mark: Who can you connect within your network that might benefit from knowing one another? Make the intro!
:white_check_mark: What thought-leadership can you bring to a conversation or post? Add your expertise via your own post, reposting with thoughts, or simply commenting!
:white_check_mark: How can you support others and celebrate their successes? Send them a congratulatory note or comment on their posts!

Over time, you’ll find you’ll start to organically connect with other virtually and build meaningful relationships with like-minded people that you may otherwise not have had the chance to meet in person.

Besides being on the right primary platforms, is seeking some of the smaller ones that are relevant to what we would do business with. To be most effective, posting on the platforms on a regular basis is definitely a good practice. It shows you to have some availability by posting or responding to others on any platform site.
