Discuss how you use interview feedback to improve your approach.
In my experience, most of interviews when rejection happens, the hiring manager or response comes as they found right candidate for the job who align more closer or They selected other candidates Or they will get back to you if you are selected. I don’t see much feedback these days. incase I receive the feedback I will be happy to analyze and focus on it.
